We start by giving you CLARITY on what you truly want in all areas of your life: You as your best self, your relationships, your work and quality of life. We connect with your deep WHY, understand your LIFE PURPOSE and create a VISION and GOALS for the next 3 years.
MINDSET
Then, we develop a powerful MINDSET, address limiting beliefs and overcome conscious and unconscious limitations to FOCUS on what truly matters to reach your personal & professional goals and reach your next level.
STRATEGY
Finally, we create a STRATEGY, with a powerful action plan and set ROUTINES and HABITS that will help you become your best self, reach your goals, thrive in all areas of your life, and develop DISCIPLINE, PRODUCTIVITY & INNER PEACE so that you keep momentum going.
This is a structured & personalized methodology designed for executives and business owners that will start to give you results from the first day! The first session is 90min long and it will help you gain immediate clarity on your biggest concern or desire. This is the session where we set the foundation. Then we meet once a week for 45min. Each week I will give you a challenge to complete on your own that will take your life and work to the next level. I give you personalized support for the whole 12 weeks.
By the end of this immersive program you will understand your Life Purpose, you will be your Best Self and you will have the mindset, strategies and tools to live your best life & work.

Hi, I'm Ana Eskenasy!
I'm a Corporate Transformational Speaker, Certified Life & Executive Coach by The Canada Certified Coaching Federation, and founder of The Purpose Strategy.
I worked in corporate for 10 years, for Procter & Gamble & Kellogg Company and then started my own business. So I understand what executives go through in their day to day and the challenges business owners have.
I have coached business owners and executives of different levels: managers, directors and VPs who work for companies like Google, Twitter, Walmart, Mastercard, Scotiabank and other international companies to gain clarity on what they truly want, become their best selves and be purpose-driven.
